There's some interesting ins and outs when trying to address individual borders in our sample paragraph. Let's start at the beginning.
By even suggesting a border with the code boder-style:outset will give you a border of about 2px. You'll get this whether you have actually defined the border width or not. Both NN6.0 and IE5.0 do this.
If you address one border with the code border-width-left:10px without setting a border style, you will get four borders of about 2px. Note that the left border will not be set to 10px.
In IE you can box a link by creating a style for the A or anchor element. You cannot get NN6.0 to box in a link past the link text. The code below will create a box with a colored border around link text
